"I came into the circle carrying elements of myself I didn't even want to look at, things that had been shamed or pushed down. I was afraid of who I might be afterward. What I found instead was this warrior goddess part of me who knew how to voice everything I'd been wanting to say. I learned that rage is a powerful tool for me to bring forward and create in a new way."
~Rayven Cook
" I let go of the rage I had been feeling for the last year, I let go of most of the rage I had from trauma, and rage from generational trauma. After the circle, I had a feeling of peace, and a sense of "lightness”. It has been over a month since that session, and I still feel that peace. I haven't been blowing up at my kids, and my frustrations seem more manageable."
~Shannon Charlson
"I've been doing anger processing with a bag & a bat twice a day for over 3 months, trying to find the mechanism that has me stuck. During the circle, I was able to see my ancestral line of challenges. The drumming gave me permission to feel the rage & sadness. I saw that I was stuck in wanting my mom's love so much that I was not in my own functional space & flow of life. Since Saturday, I've closed 2 sales & I'm moving forward on what I need to do to take care of myself. I have hope & a positive outlook on life. I am so grateful to this. It most definitely changed my life."
~Trisha Holt Smith

I've taught dozens of women how to find and express the power in their voice. I've seen these women shock themselves with the power that comes through their bodies.
I am passionate about women giving voice to that which we have no words for. That which gets stuck in our bodies because there's nowhere for it to go. Especially the rage and the grief, which gets stuck inside us and becomes illness.
I hold this work in intentional, ceremonial space. We open with ritual, agreements, and dropping into sacred space as sisters. It's what creates the safety for to the rage to move all the way through until we can feel what's actually driving it. Underneath the rage is always a fierce love, and connecting with that love is what regenerates us and reminds us of our wholeness and holiness.
I have personally experienced rage unleash the most alive, sovereign, fierce energy I've ever felt.
